How often should I get my turf cleaned?
For pet owners, we recommend monthly cleanings to prevent odor buildup. For general maintenance without pets, quarterly cleanings are typically sufficient. We can help you determine the right schedule based on your usage.
Do I need to be home during the service?
No, you don't need to be home. As long as we have access to your turf area (through a side gate, for example), we can complete the service while you're away. We'll send you a notification when we arrive and when the job is complete.

What's the difference between Turf Cleaning and Odor Elimination?
Turf Cleaning focuses on removing dirt, debris, and surface-level bacteria while restoring your turf's appearance. Odor Elimination uses enzyme-based treatments that break down odor-causing compounds at the molecular level. The Full Service Package combines both for the most thorough treatment.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade, enzyme-based cleaning solutions that are specifically formulated for artificial turf. All our products are non-toxic, biodegradable, and safe for pets, children, and the environment.
Will the cleaning damage my turf?
Not at all. Our cleaning process is designed specifically for artificial turf. We use appropriate pressure and techniques that clean effectively without damaging fibers, backing, or infill. In fact, regular cleaning extends the life of your turf.
Do you offer recurring service plans?
Yes! We offer monthly and quarterly service plans with preferred pricing. Recurring customers also get priority scheduling and consistent service from the same technician.
What about infill — do you replace it?
During every cleaning, we redistribute your existing infill for even coverage. If your turf needs additional infill, we offer an Infill Top-Up as an add-on service.

How do you determine pricing?
Pricing is based on your yard size and the service you select. We offer three tiers: Small (under 500 sq ft), Medium (500-1,000 sq ft), and Large (1,000+ sq ft). We're happy to measure your turf for free during your first visit.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. The price we quote is the price you pay. If we discover your turf requires additional work beyond the standard service, we'll discuss it with you first and get your approval before proceeding.
What's the $20 off first cleaning offer?
New customers receive $20 off their first service — any service, any yard size. The discount is applied automatically when you book your first appointment.
When is payment due?
Payment is collected after the service is complete and you're satisfied with the results. We offer flexible methods of payment.
Do you offer discounts for recurring service?
Yes! Customers on monthly or quarterly plans receive preferred pricing compared to one-time service rates. Contact us for details on our recurring service packages.
Scheduling
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online through our website, call us at (480) 999-6283, or send us a message through our contact form. Online booking is the fastest way to get on our schedule.
What are your hours of operation?
We operate Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance, but we often have same-week availability. During peak summer months, earlier booking is recommended.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Just give us a call or send us a message and we'll find a new time that works for you.
Do you work during the summer heat?
Yes, we operate year-round. During the hottest months, we schedule services for early morning hours to ensure the safety of our technicians while still delivering excellent results.
Pets
Is your cleaning safe for pets?
Absolutely. Pet safety is our top priority. Every product we use is non-toxic and specifically selected to be safe for all animals. Your pets can return to the turf immediately after our service is complete.
Do I need to keep my pets inside during service?
We recommend keeping pets inside or in a separate area during the actual cleaning process. This is for their comfort and to allow us to work efficiently. They can return to the turf immediately after we finish.
Can you handle heavy pet use areas?
Yes! We specialize in treating turf with heavy pet use. Our enzyme-based treatments are designed to break down pet urine and waste compounds at the molecular level, not just mask the odors.
How does your service compare to just hosing off the turf?
A garden hose only addresses surface-level dirt. Pet urine and bacteria penetrate deep into the infill and turf backing where water alone can't reach. Our professional treatment penetrates these layers to eliminate odors and bacteria at the source.
I have multiple dogs. Do you charge extra?
No, we don't charge based on the number of pets. Our pricing is based on yard size and the service selected. Whether you have one dog or five, the price stays the same for your yard size.
