Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By booking a service, creating an account, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book a service.

2. What we do

We provide artificial-turf deep cleaning, pet-odor elimination, and recurring full-service maintenance for residential and commercial properties across Arizona's East Valley (Gilbert, Queen Creek, Mesa, Chandler, San Tan Valley, and nearby areas). Service availability depends on your location and our schedule.

3. Booking & scheduling

When you book online we'll confirm your appointment by email. You do not need to be home, but you must give us safe, unobstructed access to the turf area (for example, an unlocked side gate). If we arrive and cannot access the area, or the area is unsafe to work in, we may need to reschedule and a trip fee may apply.

4. Pricing & payment

You pay after the service is complete — never up front. Once we finish, we email you a secure invoice with a one-click card payment link, processed by Stripe. Prices shown at booking are estimates; final pricing depends on your turf's size and condition, which we confirm before any additional work.

If you enroll in a recurring monthly plan, you authorize us to keep a card on file with Stripe and automatically charge the plan amount each billing cycle until you cancel. You can cancel or pause recurring billing at any time from your account or by contacting us. Promotional codes such as FIRST20 apply only as described and cannot be combined unless stated.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment by contacting us. We appreciate at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to another customer.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with the results, let us know within 24 hours of your service and we'll come back and make it right at no extra cost. The guarantee covers the cleaning workmanship; it does not cover pre-existing damage, wear, or issues outside our control.

7. Referral program

Share your referral link and your friend gets $25 off their first cleaning. You earn $25 in account credit once their first invoice is paid. Credit is applied to a future invoice, has no cash value, and may be withdrawn if a referral is reversed or found to be fraudulent.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and address information, secure or remove pets during the appointment, and tell us about anything in the work area we should know about (sprinklers, pet waste, fragile features). Keeping your information current helps us serve you reliably.

9. Communications

By booking or creating an account, you agree to receive service-related emails and text messages (confirmations, reminders, invoices, and review requests). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to a text; we may still send essential messages about your bookings and invoices.

10. Limitation of liability

We perform our services with reasonable care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
