3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay an invoice, your card information is collected and stored by Stripe under its own privacy policy and PCI-compliant security. We receive only a confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits) needed to manage your account.

4. Email & text messages

We send service-related emails and texts (confirmations, reminders, invoices, and review requests) and occasional promotions. You can opt out of marketing messages any time via the unsubscribe link or by replying STOP to a text. We may still send essential messages about your bookings and payments.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — such as our payment processor (Stripe), email delivery provider, and hosting/database providers — and only as needed to provide our services.
