Monthly pricing keeps your turf consistently fresh. The first visit is a deeper restoration clean — after that you're on the recurring rate. Not sure of your size? We'll measure for free on the first visit.
The deeper first visit covers a full restoration: heavier debris removal, foundation enzyme treatment, and infill check. Recurring visits maintain that fresh state at the lower monthly rate.
Just Need the Smell Gone?
If your turf is in good shape and the only problem is odor, you can book a standalone enzyme odor treatment without the full cleaning.
Most pet owners ultimately move to the Full Service plan — odor comes back as long as urine and bacteria stay in the turf. Recurring cleaning prevents the cycle.

Common Pricing Questions
Why does the first visit cost more than the monthly rate?
The first visit is a full restoration clean — heavier debris removal, deeper power brushing, foundation enzyme treatment to neutralize built-up odors, and an infill check. Once your turf is reset, the monthly recurring rate keeps it that way with less work per visit.
Do I have to commit to a contract?
Never. The monthly plan is month-to-month — pause, skip, or cancel anytime. Most customers stick with us because their turf stays fresh and the dogs aren't tracking smell back into the house.
How do you determine my yard size?
We measure on-site for free during your first visit. You can give us a rough estimate when booking and we'll confirm the tier before any work begins. If you fall between tiers, we round to whichever's closer.
What if my yard is over 1,000 sq ft?
Large yards start at $500 for the initial visit and $180/month recurring. Final pricing depends on actual square footage and turf condition — we'll quote you exactly after measuring.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you're quoted is the price you pay. If we discover something unusual that requires extra work, we discuss it with you and get approval before proceeding.
When is payment due?
Payment is collected after the service is completed and you're satisfied with the results. Recurring customers can keep a card on file for autopay or pay per visit — whichever you prefer.
